Methasoft support has transitioned from Netalytics to their parent company, NetSmart.
All Methasoft-related issues should now be reported directly to NetSmart Support. Their support team is available to assist you using the options below.
There are two ways to contact NetSmart Support.

NetSmart provides 24/7 phone support for Methasoft issues.
You can also submit a ticket through the NetSmart Connect portal.
Go to the NetSmart Connect website:
Click Sign In.
Enter your login credentials.
If you do not yet have an account, click:
Sign up now
Then enter the following information:
Click Create to complete your registration.
