Methasoft Support Contact Information

Effective: August 1, 2024

Methasoft support has transitioned from Netalytics to their parent company, NetSmart.

All Methasoft-related issues should now be reported directly to NetSmart Support. Their support team is available to assist you using the options below.


Contacting NetSmart Support

There are two ways to contact NetSmart Support.

Option 1 – Phone Support (24/7)

Call:

NetSmart provides 24/7 phone support for Methasoft issues.


Option 2 – Submit a Support Ticket Online

You can also submit a ticket through the NetSmart Connect portal.

Step 1

Go to the NetSmart Connect website:

Click Sign In.

Step 3

Enter your login credentials.


If You Do Not Have an Account

If you do not yet have an account, click:

Sign up now

Then enter the following information:

  • Email Address
  • New Password
  • Confirm New Password
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Primary Phone
  • Title
  • Client Code: 1345931

Click Create to complete your registration.


Step 4 – Submit a Support Case

After signing in:

  1. Navigate to Customer Service
  2. Select Services
  3. Click Create Case
  4. Follow the prompts to submit your ticket

Non-Methasoft IT Issues

The New Season IT Team will continue to support all non-Methasoft IT issues.

To submit an IT support request:

  1. Navigate to the Information Technology Department page on iButterfly
  2. Submit an IT Support ticket
