Google/Windows log in password reset - 

User will need to communicate with supervisor or colleague to send an e-mail to ithelp@cmglp.com

Methasoft -

User has the option to reset themselves for M2M and Legacy, however if the user tries to enter in a password, fails, and then clicks 'forgot password' it will error out. In order to fix this issue, please close out of Methasoft, open it back up, ONLY enter in their username, and then click on 'forgot password'.

ADP -

User has the option for self help 'find user ID' and 'forgot password'. IT also does not have the ability to reset passwords. If you are still running into issues with ADP, please reach out to benefits@cmglp.com
